Cystic fibrosis center

About Our Center

Our Center cares for patients with Cystic Fibrosis (CF), a progressive, life-shortening genetic disease that affects about 1 out of 5000 children in Israel. CF is a complicated, chronic condition that impacts multiple organs in the body. Patients visiting our center receive same day assessments, medical advice and therapy from our multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, dietitians, physiotherapists, social workers and other team members. Multidisciplinary care is essential for optimal care of this complex disease.

Hadassah's CF Center is authorized through The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Israel, and we are recognized as a leading center both in treating people with CF, and in research to advance the care, and find a cure, for the disease. Our well trained staff is a diverse group of professionals treating our patients in their language of choice, with the highest level of respect regardless of race, religion or nationality. We strive to fulfil our mission to provide quality treatment and care each and every day.
