Education

Graduate of the Hebrew University High-School. Military service as a combat officer.

Graduate of the Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical School, Jerusalem.

Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hadassah Medical Center, Jerusalem.

Post Doctorate fellowship at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, USA.

Associate professor of Ob/Gyn  the Hebrew University-Hadassah Medical School, Hadassah Medical Center.

Head of the Women’s Health Center. Member of the scientific committee of the Israel Menopause Society.

Research affiliate at the Clinical Research Center, M.I.T., Cambridge, USA.

Research Interests

Research on the human pineal gland and melatonin and their role in humans.

Basic and clinical aspects of the menopause, hormone replacement therapy and Phytoestrogen.
