Extracellular recording from the whole retina and Intercellular recordings from single photoreceptor cells of Drosophila (fruit fly), in vivo.
Extracellular ion recordings using double barrel ion selective electrodes from the whole retina of Drosophila (fruit fly), in vivo.
Whole cell recordings from isolated ommatidia of a Drosophila fly retina.
Fluorescence recordings using confocal microscopy.
Measurement of current from a single ommatidium using suction technique.
