Doctors in the Rehabilitation Department treat paralysis resulting from illness, including adapting rehabilitation appliances; brain injury; rehabilitation following multiple fractures, joint problems, problems of osteoporosis; rehabilitation after heart attack and following various types of heart surgery; rehabilitation following amputation; musculoskeletal and spinal pain syndromes (pains in the back and lower neck); evaluation of a patient’s ability to function and determination of disability percentages; electromyography and nerve conduction.
