Periodontics includes diagnosis of the patient’s periodontal condition, providing consultation services, as well as dental treatment plans.
The following treatments are offered: preliminary preparation, which usually includes instruction in oral hygiene, removal of dental plaque, root planning and occlusal equilibration when indicated.
A variety of periodontal surgical procedures as required, from pocket reduction/elimination and repair of alveolar bone defects using novel regeneration procedures through the use of membranes and various bone or bone replacements implants to stimulate repair of bone damage as well as various mucogingival procedures such as gingival grafts.
